Developing custom projects, the Pro-Metal has an engineering department with know-how of more than 30 years of experience, combined with high technology and advanced software, assists in the development of the entire manufacturing process, ranging from the stamping simulation until the finish. Applying APQP tool development is carried out with customer focus, quality and efficiency, considering the specific requirements of the project and client, critical points and security, mounting interface, functional performance, packaging and transport, ensuring compliance of development time and customer satisfaction.

Metal Stampings

In full compliance with PPRPS the Stampings is equipped with Eccentric and Hydraulic presses from 45T to 1000T capacity. The industrial park allows great flexibility in production with individual tools, progressive and transfer using the manipulation of parts for automatic - Transfer and Robot. The material feeding system with a width up to 1000 mm and longitudinal movements, allows saving material intercalating the cutting of blanks. Presses with movable table provide greater flexibility in the set-up contributing to increase efficiency.

Welding and Assembly Sets

Featuring devices for product quality assurance, the assemblies of the sets can be performed by various types of process as needed and applied the product. The components can be welded carbon steel and stainless steel:

KTL, Electrostatic Powder and Liquid

With coating solutions for finishing and protection of metal parts, Pro-Metal products are subjected to modern painting processes, such as:

KTL - With high capacity production equipment, tooling and use unique devices for each type of product. Featuring automatic and precise control of the process, generating efficiency, productivity and robustness.

KTL known as E-coat, Electrodeposition or Electrophoresis, this is a process of immersion painting water-based, afford a uniform ink film that provides excellent corrosion protection. A differential KTL process is the ease of penetration in various types of geometries, such as inner tubes.

Painting Electrostatic Powder - Starting the process of pre-treatment spray, guarantee the products an excellent technical quality. We have enclosed cabins, capable of processing parts of large and small, also allowing a rapid exchange of colors. The main characteristics of electrostatic powder painting process are: Resistance to abrasion, impact, weathering and ultraviolet rays. Higher color durability and brightness over time.

Liquid Paint - possess a continuous line of liquid paints, allowing high productivity and minimizing process variations. One of the differences of this process is the diversity of unique paints for various applications: Resistance to high temperature (up to 600ºC). Allow drying at low temperature or exposed to air. It achieves an excellent visual finish.
